Quality Policy
Site Crew Limited was established in October 2017 to provide professional quality staff on a permanent/contract basis to the Construction industry.
Quality is important to our business because we depend on our customers and are committed to supplying them with a high-quality service that conforms to their requirements. Our aim is always to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:
- regular face to face meetings with our clients
- regular contact with our candidates
- training and development for our employees
- customer complaint procedure
Although the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
This policy is reviewed on an annual basis.
